The Twits is a very funny book. It's about a wife and a husband who are really mean. But I can't say more because the rest is a spoiler. It was really, really, really funny.
and Mrs. Twit. The story takes place in Mr. They are mean to little kids but mostly to each othert. The book Twits by Roald Dahl is a great book. There are times in the book when the Twits behave in ways that the reader cannot understand, but when they play those tricks on each other it's really funny in a mean sort of way. Twit plays a really big joke on Mrs. My favorite part of the book occurs when Mr.
Twit makes Mrs. The theme of the book is that even though you might try to be mean, if you think about what you did before you do it you will always have another chance. The main part in the main event concerns two mean twins. Mr. Twit's home as well as their garden where all the plants and flowers are all dead. And in the end you will always turn out to be nice. Twit's walking stick longer without her knowing so she feels as though she is shrinking. A reader who can laugh at such tricks will enjoy this book.by Talley

The Twits are the meanest and nastiest couple in the world, but when Mugglewump and Pollywolly bird seek their vengeance upon them it's quite funny.
My 5- and 7-year-old boys LOVED this story. Lots of great mischief. I never knew Roald Dahl beyond "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," and "James and the Giant Peach." "The Twits" is great for younger audiences. I can't wait to get more of his books.
